We will comply with the Privacy Act as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (‘Act’) and the National Privacy Principles contained within that Act. In accordance with the ISJV Privacy Policy this Statement shall be published on the Project Website and be provided upon request to any person who provides their private details to ISJV or its contractors.

This may involve disclosing your personal information to service providers who assist in constructing the Sydney Metro Northwest– Surface and Viaduct Civil Works Project. Any emails that you send will be automatically scanned, which could result in certain attachments and styles of message being automatically blocked and forwarded to our IT administrators in order to authorise the content.
